| Levittown Lake |
Located
in Bucks County,
Levittown Lake is a 20-acre impoundment owned by the Commonwealth and managed by the Fish and
Boat Commission for public fishing and boating.
FISHING
Levittown Lake offers warmwater fishing opportunities. The Commission stocks
the lake with trout a number of times throughout the year. Access for shore fishing is good. All species
of fish are managed under Commonwealth
Inland Waters regulations.
BOATING
Boating is limited to boats powered by electric motors and un-powered boats. There is 1 surfaced launch ramp and
associated parking facilities.
Un-powered boats may be moored at the lake in accordance with Commission
property regulations. To be used at the lake, boats must be registered or
have a valid launch permit (permits are issued by the Commission or
PA Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources). |
