Boating Advisory Board to Meet Feb. 9 in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's (PFBC) Boating Advisory Board will meet at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, at PFBC headquarters in Harrisburg.

A complete copy of the agenda is available online on the Minutes and Agendas page.

Included on the agenda are updates on the annual Boating Accident Analysis and Fatality Summary Report, the Commission’s performance report to the U.S. Coast Guard, and the water rescue program. The board will also review several proposed amendments to boating regulations regarding wake surfing, capacity plates for boats, and commercial passenger-carrying boats.

The public is invited to the meeting and encouraged to attend.
