| Meadville, PA – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) is happy to announce that the Mill Creek Access, Mill Creek Township, Clarion County was reopened for use by anglers and boaters as of 3 p.m. on August 17, 2010. PFBC construction crews completed the emergency repairs that extended the launch ramp. This extension will provide six feet of water at the end of the ramp at normal pool and four feet when drawn down.
