| Meadville, PA – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) announced today that the Mill Creek Access Area in Clarion County will be closed for approximately three weeks beginning May 3, 2010. PFBC construction crews will be replacing the existing ramp, concrete bulkhead, and dock system. Plans also include expanding the existing parking area. Boaters are advised to use the Toby Boat Launch in the Borough of Clarion while these improvements are being made.
