| In addition to the fishing, boating and resource protection regulations promulgated by the Commission itself, legislation in the Pennsylvania General Assembly also plays a significant role in governing the state's aquatic resources and outdoor recreation. The Fish and Boat Commission works closely with the legislative branch on these issues. As a service to our constituents, we have identified the following bills as those of special interest to anglers and boaters. Each is linked to the web site of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, where you can get detailed information including full bill texts and track progress through the House and/or Senate. |
