Pictured here is Timothy Ritchey of Roaring Spring, PA. Ritchey caught this 42 inch surprise while casting a floating minnow type bait while fishing for striped bass on Raystown Lake. He stated that the musky struck the artificial bait within inches of his boat during his retrieve. |
